ZabĂ  traditional Italian zabaione is flavoured with Marsala wine. You can spoon it straight from the jar or use it in desserts and pastries. It can be served chilled or warmed gently in a bain-marie.

Zabaione is an Italian dessert made with eggs and sugar. It’s rich and sweet with a creamy, custard-like texture.

Enjoy it cold with berries or warm with slices of panettone. You can pour it over poached pears or use it as a substitute for custard in a trifle.

About ZabĂ 

ZabĂ  is a shelf-stable zabaione range created by Alberto Marchetti. Alberto is a master gelato maker from Turin, Italy. The zabaione is made with the same recipe as his outstanding gelato. Alberto combines tradition and innovation with the finest Italian ingredients.

The product undergoes a double pasteurisation process. The jars are vacuum-sealed for maximum freshness. ZabĂ  zabaione is gluten and lactose-free.

Shake before opening. Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light. Refrigerate after opening and consume within five days.
