How much is delivery within the UK?
Standard delivery is ÂŁ4.99, or free for orders over ÂŁ60. We also offer next-day delivery options for orders placed before 2 PM.
What happens if my glass jars or fragile items arrive broken?
We take great care in packing, but if an item arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will issue a replacement or refund immediately.
Do you sell professional-grade kitchenware?
Yes, we source the same high-quality ingredients and equipment used by Michelin-starred chefs, available for home cooks to use in their own kitchens.
Can I return food products?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items unless they are faulty. Non-perishable equipment can be returned within 30 days.
How do I check the expiry dates on ingredients?
We guarantee a minimum shelf life of 3 months for most pantry staples. If an item has a shorter life, it will be clearly marked on the product page.
