Giusti balsamic crema is infused with porcini mushrooms. Itās reduced until it's thick and syrupy - perfect for glazing and drizzling.
This balsamic glaze is mellow and rich in umami. The earthy flavour of porcini mushrooms is a great match for the sweet-sour vinegar. Itās fantastic with all kinds of mushroom dishes, as well as steaks and roasted vegetables.
Drizzle the porcini-infused glaze overĀ risotto and ravioli. Or, use it to glaze oyster mushrooms before grilling. You can also add a few drops to sauces and salad dressings.
Giusti ācremaā glazes are made with balsamic vinegar and cooked grape must. The ingredients are gently heated and reduced to a thick, creamy consistency. The range includes glazes flavoured with fruit, truffle and porcini mushrooms.
