At Sous Chef, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional-grade ingredients and kitchenware. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Ensure your items are unused and in original packaging; please note that perishable goods and customized items cannot be returned for food safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the items to prevent damage during transit and include a note with your RMA number inside the parcel.
Ship and Refund
Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked service; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
