Nobleza del Sur "Eco Night" Organic Blend Gourmet Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 500ml
Nobleza del Sur âEco Nightâ is an organic, early harvest olive oil. Itâs made from a blend of Picual and Arbequina olives grown in Andalusia.
The olives are picked in early autumn and cold pressed to preserve their flavour. The result is a medium fruity olive oil with a fresh aroma. Its fragrance is reminiscent of the plants that grow amongst the olive trees. Expect notes of freshly cut grass and wild herbs.
The name 'Eco Night' is a nod to the pollination that happens in the night, by butterflies. This butterfly pollination can only happen in olive groves with a healthy diversity and strong eco-system.
On the palate, âEco Nightâ olive oil is smooth and harmonious. Initial fruity sweetness gives way to subtle bitter notes. Itâs best used at low temperatures or used in sauces and dressings.
Drizzle this exceptional olive oil over grilled fish and green salads. Itâs fantastic with Spanish cheeses like manchego and MahĂłn. You can also serve it in small bowls as a dip for crusty bread. This is a great way to experience its complex flavour.
The label is dedicated to the butterfly, a key night-time pollinator.
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct light.
