Toss the spaghetti with seafood and cherry tomatoes. It’s fantastic with prawns and fresh crab meat. Keep the sauce light to allow the squid ink flavour to shine through.

Morelli uses an artisan method of reincorporating wheat germ into semolina. It gives their pasta a unique flavour and aroma, similar to toasted wheat.

Morelli pasta is bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. This is the secret to the rough surface that helps sauces to cling.

Cooking time: 6-8 minutes.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from cereals.
